REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are generally not permitted as I make the items once an order is received. If the item arrives damaged, or if there is a fault in the design, I will work with you to obtain a replacement.

Contact me right away (within 3 calendar days), using the Contact Me form to the right, to begin the process. Please upload pictures of the damaged or faulty design.
